Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to VoxSprint, a product operated under the AsiaLab brand. By accessing the service, creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure. Information you provide must be accurate and current.

2. The service

VoxSprint translates submitted scripts and videos, and generates AI voiceovers, translated videos and timed captions. Features, voices, styles, providers and limits may change as we improve the service. Generated output may contain translation, pronunciation, timing or expressive errors, so you must review it before publishing it.

3. Plans, credit packs and subscriptions

Eligible Free users currently receive 2,000 text credits per month. The Starter Pack provides 10,000 credits for a one-time $1 purchase, before any taxes shown at checkout. The Creator plan adds 100,000 credits after each successful monthly payment of $6.99. Free credits are not added after a paid credit purchase. Unused paid credits roll over.

Text voiceovers use credits based on script length: Latin characters use 1 credit each, while Chinese, Japanese and Korean characters use 2 credits each. Video translation requires a signed-in account with paid credits and is charged at 10,000 credits per minute for each target language. The service shows estimated credit usage before you submit a video.

Paid subscriptions automatically renew each month until cancelled. Dodo Payments acts as merchant of record and processes charges, taxes, receipts and payment details. Its buyer terms may also apply to the transaction. You can manage or cancel through the billing portal. To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 48 hours before the end of the current billing period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of that period and stops future renewals.

We may change prices or plan limits for future billing periods. Where required, we will provide notice before a change applies to your renewal.

4. Refunds

Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy. Cancellation does not automatically refund the current billing period. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights.

5. Your content and generated output

You retain any rights you have in text and video you submit. You grant us and our service providers a limited right to process that content solely to operate, secure and provide the requested service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit the content, including permission to process and reproduce the voice, likeness and other personal information of people in uploaded videos, and to use the generated output.

Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use voiceovers and captions generated through VoxSprint for personal and commercial purposes, including monetized videos, advertisements, podcasts, client work and social media content. This permission applies to output generated on both free and paid plans.

This permission does not grant rights to third-party scripts, trademarks, names, likenesses, voices or other material you do not own or have permission to use. Generated output may not be unique, and the availability of copyright protection may vary by jurisdiction.

You are responsible for how you use and publish generated audio and captions, including obtaining required permissions, disclosures and licenses. VoxSprint does not guarantee that output is unique, error-free or suitable for a particular legal or commercial purpose.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use VoxSprint to violate law or another person's rights; impersonate, deceive, defame, harass or exploit others; create fraudulent or harmful material; bypass limits or security controls; interfere with the service; distribute malware; or reverse engineer the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.

7. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risk, non-payment, legal requirements or a material breach of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion by contacting support.

8. Availability and warranties

We work to keep VoxSprint reliable, but the service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a specific result from AI-generated output.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, VoxSprint and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of profits, data or reputation, or misuse of generated output. Our aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for VoxSprint during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.

10. Changes and applicable law

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date and, where appropriate, notice. These Terms are governed by applicable law, while any mandatory rights available in your country remain in effect.
