Privacy Policy

VoxSprint is a product operated under the AsiaLab brand. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect information when you use VoxSprint.

1. Information we collect

  • Account information: when you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account identifier, name, email address and basic profile information needed to create and secure your account.
  • Service and billing information: we store your plan, credit balance, purchases, generation task identifiers, credit usage, timestamps, subscription status and billing identifiers. Payment card details are collected and processed by Dodo Payments, not VoxSprint.
  • Content: text and video you submit are sent to third-party AI service providers when you request translation, speech generation, captions or video translation. VoxSprint does not store raw scripts, translations or generated content in usage history. Script drafts, translations and voice preferences may be stored locally in your browser.
  • Technical and usage information: we may process IP addresses, browser and device details, referral and campaign information, session identifiers, feature events, request identifiers and error logs for security, rate limiting, reliability and product analytics. For anonymous free samples, we store only one-way hashes of a signed browser identifier and IP address with the trial date and result; we do not store the raw IP address, script, translation, or generated audio.

2. How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, translate submitted scripts and videos, generate requested voiceovers and translated videos, enforce usage limits, manage purchases and subscriptions, provide downloads and captions, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, understand product usage, comply with legal obligations and respond to support requests.

3. Service providers and disclosures

We use service providers only where needed to operate VoxSprint, including Google for sign-in, authentication and database providers, third-party AI providers for translation and speech or video generation, Dodo Payments as merchant of record for billing, and cloud infrastructure providers for hosting and delivery. These providers may process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect users, the service or our legal rights.

4. Cookies and local storage

VoxSprint uses authentication cookies to keep you signed in. Browser local storage and session storage may remember voice settings and an unsent script draft. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

5. Retention

Product analytics events are generally retained for up to 90 days. A one-way hash of a random browser session identifier may be retained longer to maintain a cumulative, aggregate visitor count; it does not contain scripts or generated content. Account, subscription and billing records are retained while needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. Operational logs are retained for limited periods. Browser-stored drafts and preferences remain until they expire or you clear them.

6. Security and international processing

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connections, access controls and restricted server credentials. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Because VoxSprint uses international service providers, information may be processed outside your country with protections required by applicable law.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of personal information, or object to certain processing. You may clear browser storage through your browser and manage or cancel a subscription through the billing portal. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

8. Children

VoxSprint is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as the service changes. Material updates will be reflected by a new effective date and, where appropriate, an additional notice.
